Ladeddie Barns is a large family home situated only 4.5 miles from St Andrews and 12 miles from Dundee in a beautiful conservation area of North East Fife with delightful views of the large garden and westwards to the Lomond hills.
We are ideally situated for those wanting to have a short holiday in the St Andrews area, being a short distance from Fife’s Coastal villages and Coastal Path. With beautiful beaches and golf courses, walking, cycling and horse riding, and historic sights to visit, there is plenty to keep the holiday maker occupied .
The property has 2 rooms available for Bed and Breakfast: 1 x twin and 1 x double. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside.
Both rooms have television including one SCART socket, tea making facilities, and wireless connection to the internet.
A family-size bathroom including bath and shower is available for exclusive guest use.
Breakfast is served in the Dining Hall and is either traditional full English or a continental-style breakfast.
There is a small conservatory off the Dining Hall which is available for guest use and this gives access to the garden grounds which guests are free to use.
Parking is off-street and we can accommodate cars, vans, bikes or small coaches.
