Located within the boundaries of the Glenlivet Crown Estate, and also the newly formed Cairngorm National Park, there is easy access to walking, cycling, fishing and wildlife. The property is within twenty minutes drive of the Lecht and forty five minutes of the Cairngorm ski centre.
