Barcloy Honey House and Milk House are two adjoining cottages are set on owners 840 acre farm in a beautifully converted farm steading. They enjoy uninterupted views over the countryside to the Carsphairn hills and farm animals can be seen and homegrown produce for sale. German speaking.
Prices include all bills, bed linen and towels. Owner is happy to do initial shopping and can provide catering service if required. Meals are prepared using home grown and local produce where possible. Complimentary toiletries.
Just 5 miles from the harbour town and artists colony of Kirkcudbright which offers opportunities for families, art lovers and golfers alike. Attractions include a wildlife park, Broughton House (National Trust - former home of the artist E A Hornel) and boat cruises. There are excellent opportunities for walking and cycling in the area as well as beautiful gardens and unspoilt beaches.
