Edinburgh Axis Apartments are newly built and have been finished to the highest standards with attractive and contemporary fixtures, fittings and decoration. All rooms are bright and airy, with the comforts of home, ideal for business or leisure trips, including the convenience of free WI-FI and a secure private parking space.

Within walking distance is a great selection of supermarkets and the Stockbridge area with many cosmopolitan restaurants, bars, delis and gift shops. Nearby are many beautiful walks including the costal trail from Silverknowes to Crammond, the Dean Path woodland walk to the Modern Art and Dean Galleries, and the horticultural walk around the Botanic Gardens.

The apartments are easily accessed from the Airport, city bypass and Forth Road Bridge or by public transport from the city centre. A bus service operates frequently from outside the apartment and only takes 10 minutes to reach Princes Street with the stunning Castle backdrop and historic Royal Mile

Each apartment sleeps 4 and has a combination of either two double rooms or a double and a twin, all with their own unique features, comfortable beds and spacious fitted wardrobes, an en-suite shower room in the master bedroom, and a bath in the main bathroom.

With sliding glass doors onto the balcony, the bright open plan living room/kitchen area is ideal for socialising with friends or relaxing and watching DVDs or digital TV in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of worktop space to prepare all meals. Electric appliances include hob and oven, fridge freezer, Washer/dryer, toaster, kettle and dishwasher for convenience.

Included in the rental is full central heating, hot water, bed linen, towels and all utility bills.

The stair is well maintained and carpeted with an intercom entrance system and a lift from the secure underground car park for easy access to all floors.
