This traditional townhouse has been transformed into a unique private residence and from the minute that you arrive at the front door of the Residence, you can relax knowing that every need will be taken care of. A full time Residence Manager, daily maid services, and breakfast are some of the basic Services you will receive during your stay at the Residence.

The Residence staff can pre-book your golf, restaurants, theatres and many more activities you may wish to participate in during your stay. Other services are available at an additional cost including personal chef, butler service. We can arrange bespoke packages to suit your individual requirements.

With a combination of classically elegant and contemporary interiors this traditional towhouse boosts a 180 degree views of the sea and beach views from all levels. The 5 well appointed bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 guests and offers Bang and Olufsen home entertainment system throughout. Wireless Internet is also available. There is also a dedicated golf room to store your golf equipment.

The stunning top floor private balcony directly overlooking the Old Course 18th green, Royal and Ancient Club house with breathtaking views can be used for informal or formal dining or a relaxing drink or small cocktail reception.
