The Building
A building of scale, with a special and unique history, set in lawned gardens, and overlooking Loch Ryan.
Gardens and beach
A covered south west facing verandah fronts the building. Perfect for watching the world pass by on the A77, and being just 1 mile from Cairnryan ferry terminal, and only 4 from Stranraer, all the ferries can be seen arriving and departing.
Across the road is a shingle beach.
Foyer & Reception
A place to relax and check-in.
Free wireless internet access is available to laptop users.
Bedroom Corridors
The corridors, along with other common areas, are furnished with interesting pieces to enjoy.
Dining Room
The room is bright and spacious, with antique dressers, and individual sets of tables and chairs seating up to 20.
Breakfast is served from 07:30, but we can provide a tray for the room, for early departures.
Guest Lounge
The ideal place to relax in the evening. Groups of comfortable leather chairs and sofas create a comfortable and stylish environment. A number of board games, and a collection of several hundred books are available to be enjoyed.
Bedrooms
Rooms are styled with classic simplicity, and contemporary furniture.
All rooms have armchairs or sofas, well-stocked courtesy tray, full range of ‘free-to-air’ satellite channels, and a stunning view.
Bathrooms
Fully tiled en-suite bathrooms, with modern fitments and high-pressure showers/showerbaths.
