An attractive Victorian Villa with period features situated in the beautiful wooded south side, and on possibly the quietest street in Grantown. Kinross House is within easy walking distance to woodland walks, River Spey, local shops and restaurants etc.

A hearty Highland breakfast is guaranteed to fuel the most energetic traveller, from fresh fruit, wholesome cereals, porridge, breads and croissants, smoked salmon scrambled eggs, kippers or a full Scottish cooked breakfast with plenty of freshly brewed tea or coffee, Kinross House has something to offer everyone at breakfast time. Vegetarian and special diets catered for plus packed lunches and snack menu available. We also have a fine selection of Speyside and other Scottish Malts, fine wines and local beers.

Free use of mountain bikes plus secure cycle, fishing, ski and golf club
storage. Laundry and drying services available. International telephones
and free Wi-Fi throughout the house, with private use of a
designated guest PC or laptop if required. We have one ground floor room available for less able guests. No smoking throughout. Numerous visitor attractions listed and day trip itineraries available, plus walking and cycling route maps for the entire area.
