Providing the perfect stay for families or groups and suitable for people with mobility difficulties, Chapelerne Farmhouse has been completely renovated to offer you superb 4-star self-catering holiday home. Guaranteeing you a fantastic stay, each of the spacious rooms have been tastefully and stylishly decorated with your absolute comfort in mind. The welcoming living room has a cosy wood burning stove, a TV and a comfy settee - perfect for relaxing after adventurous days out. The stylish dining room has a beautiful wooden table which seats eight, and the modern kitchen makes cooking easy as it is fully equipped with all the essentials you need for a stress-free self-catering break.

The double bedroom is on the ground floor and is suitable for people with mobility difficulties. It has a king-size bed with a spacious en suite while the twin bedroom also offers a comfortable stay. All bed linen is provided and towels, cots and highchairs are available on request.

The large pretty garden is perfect for relaxing in and there is storage for bikes and other equipment as well as ample parking. Dogs are welcome but must be kept under control at all times.

There are numerous safe beaches, secluded bays and inlets, lochs, rivers and spectacular cliff top walks along the Solway Coast, all within easy reach of Chapelerne. The Food Town of Castle Douglas is also nearby and apart from an excellent range of shops, there are a number of friendly traditional pubs and excellent restaurants.

Sea-, game- and coarse fishing are also available in season, as well as a wide selection of golf courses including the championship course at Southerness. This is also a great spot for walking and cycling with easy access to parts of the 7stanes mountain bike network.
