Getting there from the Information Centre

10 Minutes from St. Andrews tourist information centre, take the road out of St. Andrews towards Guardbridge. Take the 2nd exit at the roundabout into Guardbridge, follow through the village until you see a signpost on the right with Balmullo 2miles, turn left here and follow the road over a small humped back bridge and we are the first property on the left, opposite a farm entrance.

Getting There by Car

From Forth road bridge A92/A91 towards St Andrews & Cupar, continue on through Dairsie on the A91/A914 and at the roundabout turn left onto the A914 towards Balmullo.Continue on this road until you come to a roundabout at the start of Balmullo take the 2nd exit then take the first turning on the right follow this short lane to the bottom and turn right again follow this road for approx 1/2 mile across a small bridge with cottages on either side of the road and we are situtuated immediately after the cottages on the right hand side.

1 Minute from Leuchars Railway Station (Pick up available)
10 minutes from Dundee Railway Station.exit at Leuchars station.
1Hr from Edinburgh railway station to Leuchars station.

Getting there by Aeroplane

Edinburgh Airport - 1 Hour take the motorway across the forth road bridge and head on A92/A91 to St Andrews, via Cupar, Dairsie, turn left to Balmullo/Tayport/ Dundee A914. Continue on this road until you come to a roundabout at the start of Balmullo take the 2nd exit and then take the first turning on the right follow this short lane to the bottom and turn right again follow this road for approx 1/2 mile across a small bridge with cottages on either side of the road and we are situated immediately after the cottages on the right hand side.

Getting There by Ferry

45 Minutes from Rosyth by car.(pick up available,charge) take motorway A92/A91 to St Andrews and via cupar,Dairsie, A914 to Balmullo/ Tayport/Dundee. Continue on this road until you come to a roundabout at the start of Balmullo take the 2nd exit an d then take the first turning on the right follow this short lane to the bottom and turn right again follow this road for approx 1/2 mile cross a small bridge with cottages on either side of the road and we are situated immediately after the cottages on the right hand side.
