Peartree gives you the benefit of a central location for touring etc during the day but with the option of strolling into the town in the evening to the cinema, theatre or one of the many restaurants. There is something to suit all tastes.

Peartree is an upper maisonette situated near the centre of Perth. The self contained accommodation is accessed by a main door and an internal staircase. The first landing leads to the spacious kitchen dining room, lounge and bathroom. A further staircase leads to the two bedrooms, a double and a twin. The enclosed rear garden is available for the use of guests.

The well lit kitchen/dining room is equipped with an electric oven/grill, gas hob, fridge with a small internal freezer compartment and a full sized dishwasher. A good range of kitchen utensils and crockery is provided. For your convenience a washing machine is provided in the utility area off the kitchen.

The spacious lounge has a feature gas fire and television.

The bathroom is large and boasts the original free standing Victorian bath but with a modern shower over.

The double bedroom has a dormer window overlooking the garden to the rear of the property and the twin room has a roof window. A high chair and cot can be made available but please provide your own cot linen.

Double glazing and gas fired central heating throughout make it a cosy place to stay no matter what time of year. The lounge and bedrooms have laminate flooring and the kitchen and utility area have vinyl floor covering. All hot water is provided by the gas boiler in the utility area.

A welcome pack of up to 10 supermarket items of your choice may be supplied, payable on arrival.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement but we would ask you not to leave your animal alone in the apartment as it may become distressed in unfamiliar surroundings.

A lockable shed is available for cycles, golf clubs, fishing gear etc.

Perth is the perfect centre for your holiday in Scotland, boasting some of the best golf courses and fishing in the country. The hills of Perthshire are renowned for their beauty and accessibility. Edinburgh and Glasgow are about an hours drive away. The town itself has as a wide range of restaurants and nightlife, including Perth Theatre and Concert Hall. Pitlochry Festival Theatre is also within easy reach.

Locally, there is a tennis club at the end of the street and the North Inch parkland with its putting green, playground and golf course is nearby. The Black Watch Museum is just around the corner as is Bell’s Sports Centre. Perth leisure pool and Dewar’s Rinks (indoor bowling and ice rink) are a 10-15 minute walk. Perth playhouse cinema is only about 5-10 minutes away.
