Glenisle Hotel walled garden

The Glenisle Hotel's walled garden

The Glenisle Hotel nestles in the centre of the village of Lamlash and is situated on the shore looking across Lamlash Bay to the Holy Isle. To the side of the hotel is our walled garden which also faces the sea and is an ideal spot to enjoy a drink or bar snacks or just to relax and soak up the view.

Glenisle Restaurant

The Glenisle Restaurant

The Glenisle Restaurant is popular with locals and visitors alike for its excellent cuisine, relaxing atmosphere and friendly service. Our menu features a blend of classic and modern dishes including fresh salads, seafood, hearty meat dishes, vegetarian selections and, of course, good Scottish beef. Add the perfect accompaniment from our large wine list and, to round off your meal, choose one of our succulent (and only slightly sinful) desserts.

King-size double bedroom

Double Rooms

Most double bedrooms have king-size beds and many have a direct or indirect sea view. Bathrooms are well appointed with either a walk-in shower or a full bath with a shower over.

A charming single room

As you would expect in a characterful, period building, the rooms vary in shape and size. Those on the second floor have sloping ceilings and period dormer windows. Bathrooms are well appointed with either a walk-in shower or a full bath with a shower over.

The Talisman Bar

The Talisman Bar

Drinks, snacks and bar meals are available in the Talisman Lounge Bar which is flanked by the hotel’s original, stone walls and features a snug as well as table seating. We stock a wide range of beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks including the local Arran Single Malt whisky, of course. The bar is open from 11am to 11pm Mondays to Saturdays and from 12.30pm to 11pm on Sundays.

Residents' Lounge

Residents' Lounge

The residents’ lounge has comfortable arm chairs to curl up in, a selection of books and games should you so desire and windows which look over the sea towards the Holy Isle. It’s the perfect place to meet friends and unwind.
