A warm friendly welcome awaits in this comfortable family home situated on a corner site. Built in 1936 to an individual design. The present owners Helen and Andy have lived there for the past 15 years and invite you to stay with them.
We are situated within a 5 minute walk to Inverkeithing Railway Station with direct access to the centre of Edinburgh (15 mins) and all other mainline stations in Scotland. Access to the National motorway network is less than a mile away (M90) providing quick access via the Forth Road Bridge to Edinburgh (12 miles) and north to Perth (32 miles). Junctions to the M9 to Stirling (30 miles) and the M8 to Glasgow (45 miles) are within easy reach via the A9/A8000 link roads.
Inverkeithing is situated on the Fife Coastal route (A921) allowing access to all other areas of Fife including East Neuk and St Andrews. All areas of Scotland are readily available from Inverkeithing by bus; a Park and Ride Terminal on the edge of town provides a 10 minute bus service to central Edinburgh and there is also direct access to Rosyth Ferry Terminal which is less than 2 miles away. We are also situated within 5 minutes walk to the Fife Coastal Path.
Our accommodation includes 2 comfortable, spacious and well appointed rooms on the ground floor. Both rooms have a DVD, TV, Hairdryer, clock radio, hospitality trays and complimentary biscuits. 1 room has an armchair and the other has a sofa. There is adequate parking which is private and secure.
Breakfast is continental style with fresh juice, cereals, yoghurt, fresh bread, toast, cold meat, cheeses all served with tea or fresh ground coffee.
