THE HOUSE DATES BACK TO 1830 AND HAS BEEN RECENTLY RENOVATED AND FURNISHED TO A VERY HIGH STANDARD WITH A PRIVATE COURTYARD GARDEN PROVIDING A SECLUDED SEATING AND BARBEQUE AREA.
Ideally situated in the village of Pittenweem on the East Neuk coast, hosting the annual Arts Festival and being only 10 miles away from St Andrews ‘the home of golf’.
You can take advantage of the beaches and coastal path or just enjoy watching the working fishing boats in the harbour.
The coach house offers a high standard of accommodation. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with dedicated easy access shower room, living room dining room and a well equipped kitchen with all mod cons including washing machine and dishwasher. Upstairs there are 2 good sized bedrooms (a kingsize and a twin) all with en-suite/dedicated shower rooms.
To the front of the property there is a private courtyard garden with a secluded seating area perfect for a glass of wine after a busy day relaxing!
Pittenweem offers a good selection of shops including a ‘corner shop’, post office/chemist, bakery, butcher and various galleries, tea rooms and local pubs.
