Daisybank is a substantial stone villa close to the beach in the beautiful conservation village of Kingsbarns. The village is 6 miles from the bustling university town of St Andrews. Daisybank has been
renovated in 2008 to ensure a high standard of holiday accommodation. The villa is perfect for large families, groups or families holidaying together since if taken with its sister property The Smithy, there are 11 beds. Both properties are on the same plot with attractive shared gardens.

Accommodation in Daisybank comprises:

On ground level;
Comfortable lounge with feature fireplace, lounge suite, flat screen tv, dvd and hifi (radio, cd and cassette).
The family room is off the lounge and has a double sofa bed which converts to a full 4’6” double bed along with a tv, playstation 2 (incorporating dvd player), a selection of board games and books. The Dining room has a lovely fireplace with open log fire and a large oak dining table which extends to seat 8 comfortably. The family bathroom is on the ground floor and has a corner bath with separate shower enclosure. Kitchen has double electric oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

Upstairs;
Large master bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite bathroom (room approx 13’ x 19’ – ample room for travel cot),
Bedroom 2 has bunk beds and bedroom three has two single beds. Outside bedrooms 2 and 3 is a wc with washbasin.

The back garden area is shared with The Smithy although there are separate seating areas and there is a large shed which can be used for storage of bikes, golf clubs, prams etc.

Kingsbarns is ideal for those who wish to explore the East Neuk of Fife with its picturesque villages. There are many golf courses in the vicinity and the area is popular with walkers wishing to explore the Fife coastal path.

The Barns (small local hotel) is very close by and is convenient for drinks and meals alike. It has a reputation for being a welcoming, quaint pub with excellent food.

Guests are requested to refrain from smoking within the property.
