Getting there from the Information Centre

Take the A816 Lochgilphead/Campbeltown road South for 10 miles , turn left onto single track road signposted Scammadale for 3.5 miles, turn left at Scammadale Farm which is the first farm after you reach the loch.

Getting There by Car

Take the A816 Lochgilphead/Campbbeltown road South from Oban for 10 miles, turn left onto single track road signposted Scammadale for 3.5 miles, turn left at Scammadale Farm which is the first farm after you come to the loch.

Getting There by Railway

Take the train from Glasgow Queen Street station to Oban , then hire a car and follow directions from Oban as above.

Getting there by Aeroplane

From Glasgow Airport hire a car onto M8 west heading for Erskine brdge onto A85 Crianlarich/Tyndrum, A82 to Oban then follow directions from Oban as above.

Getting There by Ferry

Hire a car and follow directions from Oban as above.
