Shoreside offers the unique combination of a waterfront location, luxury accommodation and access to a large range of live shellfish for you to choose from our on site vivarium.
Situated on the north coast of South Ronaldsay between the picturesque villages of Burray and St Margarets Hope we are 5 mins from the ferry terminal and 20 mins from Kirkwall. Shoreside is an ideal base from which to explore all of Orkney’s many attractions.
The accommodation is recently renovated to a high standard to complement the outstanding views and tranquil location. Enjoy a soak in the Spa bath or a refreshing deluge in one of the spacious power showers before dining on fresh, world class lobster, scallops or crab prepared in the new extravagantly appointed kitchen with views to die for. You will see seals in the bay or if you’re lucky maybe a basking shark gliding by.
Sleeping accommodation comprises one double room with en suite and king size bed. One en suite family room with king size bed and two single beds and a double sofa bed in the living room.
