Torrich Apartment is comfortably furnished giving it a very homely feel. From the conservatory there are wonderful views of the private garden and to the Moray Firth and Sutherland hills beyond. The apartment is about 100m from a quiet public road and is approached along a tree-lined gravel driveway.

Guests have the exclusive use of the garden which is mostly lawned and has a number of fruit trees. The garden is enclosed on two sided by hedging with farmland beyond. The northern aspect is open to give views over nearby Nairn, the Moray Firth and Sutherland hills beyond.
Garden furniture and barbecue facilities are available to guests.

Comfortable Conservatory
The apartment is entered via the conservatory which provides guests with a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the views of the coast. In the summer months you can watch the sun set over the hills of the Black Isle.

The Lounge
The lounge comfortable seats up to five guests and is equipped with digital TV, DVD player and a collection of paperbacks. Heating is provided by the coal effect electric fire which forms a centrepiece for the room.

The kitchen is the heart of any country home and this is no exception. This large room is eqipped with a full sized electric cooker, microwave oven, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge-freezer. The country-style dining table seats five comfortably. The room is heated by a wall mounted electric convector heater.
The kitchen has a full inventory for a family of up to five.

The Double Bedroom
The spacious double bedroom which has been refurbished in November 2008 has a built-in cupboard, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. There is a radio alarm for guests who want to get up and away early.
The fold-away bed for the fifth guest is stored in this room but could be relocated into either the bunk bedroom or the lounge if required.
The Bunk Bedroom
The second bedroom is furnished with a pair of full-sized bunk beds, chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet. There is also a buil-in cupboard in this room.
The Bathroom
The bathroom was completely refurbished in November 2008 with a large bath tub, over-bath shower, new wash basin and toilet along with new tiled floor and "easy clean" wall surfaces.
On a clear day it is possible to see Nairn with the Moray Firth and Sutherland hills in the background
