Herons is very near to the sea but is sheltered from heavy weather in a small lane away from the edge of the sea wall.
Large, well equipped kitchen with spacious dining area
With microwave, toaster, espresso pot and plenty of cooking equipment I hope you will find everything you need but I'm always on hand to help with special requests if I can.
Comfortaby seating 6 and with a cosy open coal fire.
The extending table will seat six and the cosy open fire makes sitting around with a glass of wine or cup of coffee after dinner a pleasant pastime.
Double bedroom
At the front of the property with a large, sunny bay window.
Double bed with handmade patchwork quilt for chilly nights; plenty of storage space in the wardrobe, drawers and bedside cabinets.
Bedroom 2
This room is ideal for either children or single guests.
Storage comprises large chest of drawers and 2 bedside cabinets. There's a toybox with a few items toys to occupy our younger guests while Mum and Dad get sorted out.
Bath, wc and handbasin. Towel rails and shelves. Towels provided - extra available on request.
The lounge has an open fireplace for cosy evenings.
There are two double sofas and a large pouffe in addition to the TV, CD player, various games and puzzles.
The basement annexe
Two steps down lead from the door to the large utility/breakfast area with a table and two chairs.
There is also an enormous walk-in storage area (not shown) with shelves and hooks, suitable for storing wetsuits, luggage, etc.
There are two huge sinks, a washing machine and small tumble dryer for our guests' use.
A king-size bed, two easy chairs and a small table make this room comfortable for two.
The basement bedroom has an en-suite shower with power shower, toilet and whb.
