Seal Cottage is located only 150 metres from the quiet sandy beach, swimming pool, leisure centre, shops and restaurants of Eyemouth. This mid terraced cottage provides a comfortable and relaxing, fully equipped home from home base for those wishing to take a laid-back seaside holiday.
Seal Cottage sleeps up to six people, with a double room, bunk bed room and sofa bed in the lounge.
You can find the sea’s influence everywhere, in the scenery, the history and in the local restaurants serving freshly caught fish, crab and lobster.
There are quaint villages to explore, like tiny St Abbs, lying below the spectacular cliffs of St Abbs Head, and Coldingham, with its sandy bay and charming beach huts.
Throughout the 18th and 19th centuries Eyemouth harbour provided safe landing for fishermen whilst the rugged coastline was a haunt for smugglers evading the duty on both luxury and everyday items like salt, coal, tea and candles.

Edinburgh is 45 miles. Berwick upon Tweed 10 minutes drive. Bamburgh and the Northumberland Heritage Coastline 20 minutes drive.
