Sheila and Alan welcome you to a home from home at Mrs McQueen’s B&B. We will do our utmost to ensure that your visit to our beautiful area is enjoyable, comfortable and memorable.
Mrs McQueen’s B&B is located on the edge of Eyemouth about 5 minutes walk from the centre of the village. Our rooms are modern and comfortable, ideally suited for resting and relaxing after a day of walking, golfing, diving, bird watching, fishing, or sight-seeing – or even just resting and relaxing!
Eyemouth is an ideal location for visiting a wealth of other historic towns and castles. There is also an abundance of other places of interest, such as Paxton House, Alnwick Castle and Gardens, and of course Edinburgh all within easy travelling distance.
The area offers many opportunities for outdoor activities. There are several major walking routes in the region including some spectacular coastal walks; Eyemouth, along with many other towns in the area, has its own golf course; for those interested in water activities, St Abbs and Eyemouth boast diving centres, and Coldingham has a thriving surfing centre; several local boats run fishing trips for sea anglers, and fresh water fishing is also available.
We provide a high quality B&B. All rooms are en-suite, with their own satellite TV and DVD players as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Local produce is used for breakfasts to set you up for the day.
