The apartments are in the Old Town of Edinburgh, on the south side of the city, approximately 5 minutes walk from the Royal Mile and Princess Street. The Festival Theatre, Royal Museum of Scotland and a wide selection of bars and restaurants are all on the doorstep, with the University of Edinburgh just around the corner. The flats are near the Meadows, an attractive public park with tennis courts, and our guests find it an ideal base for exploring the city on foot.
The kitchens are fully equipped for cooking and serving, with a small dining table provision. We are fully serviced and are secure and safe, entry systems, lockable drawers for personal possession and on site management for added service and security.
Each room comes with; a very comfortable single bed, complete with linen, which is changed twice per week.

Accommodation
These Smart Apart Hostels are really comfortable, clean and central – they are all single person occupancy – within 2/3/4 person flats – ALL of our flats have large Bathrooms with showers, fully fitted and equipped kitchens with dining area, where you can both eat and relax. Each bedroom has it’s own wash hand basin, and we supply you with towels and soap too!
Our self catering apartments offer a cost effective, comfortable and spacious alternative to hotel rooms. All apartments are:
• Fully serviced
• Have a comfortable bed in a single room with wardrobe, drawers and desk.
• Have a toilet and shower in the apartment.
• A kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, crockery and utensils.
• Lounge with all furniture, dining table and chairs.
• Fresh bed linen, duvet, pillow and towel.
Please note that we do not make your bed for you. Your fresh linen and towel is sitting neatly folded on the bed, ready for you to make it up. Occupied rooms are serviced every 4 days with fresh linen and towel.
