Welcoming, Family Run Inn (now under new ownership) with comfortable B&B facilities, relaxing lounge bar and friendly locals bar. Great base for Angling, Golfing, Touring and Business people / workers, with easy access to M90 and A9 being an advantage. Bridge of Earn is a scenic village only 5 minutes from Perth.

Six bedrooms all with en-suite facilities:
2 Double room with en-suite shower room; 3 twin rooms with en-suite shower rooms; 1 single room with en-suite bathroom; all with TV, hair-dryer and tea & coffee making facilities. All rooms are centrally heated and double glazed throughout.

No smoking in rooms – we provide an outside smoking area to the rear of the property with a canopy and heater.

All rooms are on the first floor.

Special rates for long term stays.

Evening meals available by arrangement.

Well stocked bar with a range of Beer, Real ale, Lager, Wines, Spirits, Malt Whisky, liqueurs and non-alcoholic beverages.

Traditional bar area with coal fire, 2 flat screen TV’s with SKY sports package, Bandit, Darts board and Digital-Jukebox with every musical taste catered for. Dominoes and Playing cards are also available.

Relaxing Lounge bar with small flat screen TV. This area is also used as the Breakfast area and Evening Meals (by arrangement only).

Sorry no pets in Bedrooms or Lounge Bar.

Dogs allowed in the Bar area only.

The village has 4 restaurants and 2 take-aways.

Fishing permits available near-by.

Car parking on Main Street part of which is covered by 24 hour CCTV.
