Situated at the west end of Princess Street the twelve individually designed guestrooms at The Rutland are the epitome of elegant glamour.
The Restaurant at The Rutland boasts views that few can compete with: Edinburgh Castle, the length of Princes Street and the village West End; it is a mesmerising location.

One Below at The Rutland is as luxe as it gets. Situated around the perimeter are twelve vaulted booths. Four of the largest booths have an iPod docking station – just plug yours in and enjoy. The main attraction is the interactive ibar which is the only one in the Uk and only the third in the world, definitely worth a visit.
