Moorfield Cottage is situated in a rural location, ideal for country walks and fishing, good base for touring Ayrshire visiting Troon 15 minutes away which has the famous championship golf course Royal Troon plus many other courses to play. Troon has shops, restaurants, an indoor swimming pool, large yachting marina. You can explore the Ayrshire coast of sandy beaches; visit The Robert Burns National Heritage Park 30 minutes drive away. Take a day trip by boat from Ardrossan to the Isle of Arran, famous for its cheese and whisky. Shop 2 miles, Pub and Restaurant 1 mile.
The cottage sleeps 2-4 people with a cot available on request. The accommodation is all on the ground floor, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, well equipped dining kitchen, lounge, bathroom with bath and electric shower, toilet & basin.
