The holiday properties are listed buildings set within a Steading complex, and include a historically important 18th century watermill (Sleeps 8), semidetached farmhouses (Sleeps 6-8) and cottage (Sleeps 4-5). The painstaking two-year refurbishment and restoration is approaching completion. They are a perfect place to relax and enjoy the tranquillity of country living, or are within walking distance of the amenities of nearby Newburgh with its art centre, gallery, excellent tearooms and specialist craft studio shop.
The holiday properties are a convenient base to visit all the richness that Scotland has to offer:
- The historical cities of Edinburgh, St Andrews, Perth, and Dundee are in easy reach by car and public transport.

The Farmhouses and Cottage are available for booking from February 2009 with the Mill being available from April. The restoration and refurbishment combines the highest standards of 21st century living, but retains many of the original historical features including the working water wheel. The holiday homes exceed all current eco build standards, featuring ground source heat pumps for hot water and heating, new timber double-glazed doors, and window and ultra-thermal insulation.
