There is also a library of DVD.s/CD.s for your enjoyment. Drop leaf dining table is located in front of the French doors which give magnificent mountain views - enjoy your breakfast watching the birds flock to the bird table.
The kitchen is excellently equipped for your needs and also has large picture window with views of the mountains.

Ideal location for fishing, mountain biking, skiing, walking, cycling. Take a visit to Pitlochry’s Dam & Fish ladder also the famous festival theatre or take a day trip to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness - the list is endless!
