Our two contemporary holiday homes are new on the Scottish holiday home market – be one of the first to enjoy this spacious luxury accommodation.

Alder sleeps up to 6

Book Alder and you will enjoy an amazing open plan living area with designer kitchen, south facing lounge and dining area opening onto a decked courtyard with water feature. Your luxury family bathroom has a curved glass rain shower and a separate free standing double ended bath.
Alder provides three large bedrooms. Two have super-king size beds and the third bedroom has two full-size single beds. (Both the super-king beds will convert into two single beds – just let us know your needs).

Acorn sleeps 2

Book Acorn and you and your partner will have a luxury spacious home for two with wide doorways, no steps and a kitchen and wet room designed to meet the varying needs of all our guests. Your sunny south facing lounge opens onto a private deck. Your luxury oversized bedroom features a super king size bed which can be converted into two full size single beds if you prefer. Just let us know your needs and we will prepare the rooms to ensure you have a luxury holiday home that feels good for you.

Book Acorn and Alder together for groups of up to 8

Although the two properties are completely self contained, should you book both homes we can open up a locked storage area into a corridor that joins the two properties together to give an amazing home with two separate lounges, two luxury shower/bathrooms, two decks and you’ll have a holiday home that sleep up to 8 in style!

Location, Location!

Clarencefield village has its own castle: its own 16th Century Coaching Inn The farmers Inn serving pub lunches and bar suppers; an ancient (8th Century), 18 ft preaching cross in the local parish church. The village is surrounded by lovely wooded walks. Within 7 miles are Dalton Pottery, Robbie Burns Brow Well, the Solway Coastline, Caerlaverock Castle and Bird Reserve, and Drummuir Farm producers of award winning Scottish Dairy Ice Cream.
