Located in a quiet and peaceful rural setting on the outskirts of the village of Kirkgunzeon, around 8 miles south west of Dumfries and 4 miles from Dalbeattie, the park enjoys sweeping panoramic views of the rolling hills, the beautiful Solway Coast and eastwards towards Criffel.
Mossband’s first-class facilities include a heated toilet block with free hot showers, laundry facilities, a secure lock up for mountain bikes, 22 grass touring caravan pitches with electric hook-up, three motor home pitches and camping pitches.You are ideally located here for exploring the many tourist attractions of Dumfries & Galloway and the Solway Coast. Just a short drive will take you to some excellent woodland and coastal walks, the world-class mountain biking trails of the 7stanes mountain biking centres, as well as several challenging golf courses, including the excellent 9-hole, parkland course at Dalbeattie.
