Boswell Apartment is a unique and modern apartment with full Central Heating and consists of a Bedroom, Living Room, Dining Kitchen, Bathroom and Hall (and 2 large cupboards). Set in gardens with its own small Car Park and your own designated space.
Bedroom can have a Kingsize Bed or 2 Single Beds and there is a Double Sofabed in the Living Room (Fold-Down Bed optional). Luxurious Goose Feather Duvets and all quality Bed Linen/Towels provided. Ample hanging/drawer space.
Living Room is in contemporary style with black leather sofa, 37” LCD TV with Sky & HD, DVD and Home Cinema Sound, subtle lighting to suit your mood. For your interest and entertainment, you will find a wide selection of DVD’s, Games, Books, Magazines, Maps, Local/Tourist Information. Children’s selection also available.
Dining Kitchen is fully equipped with Dining Table/Chairs, Oven/Hob, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Radio/DVD etc Tea/Coffee/Sugar/Milk/Biscuits and a “wee dram” of Scotch Whisky to welcome you on Arrival. Small selection of basic groceries – pay for what you use. Cleaning materials all in place.
Bathroom is Fully-Tiled with Electric Shower over bath. Towels/basic toiletries/toilet rolls provided.
Boswell is enjoys the perfect location in highly desirable Langside which is within easy walking distance of Queens Park with its lovely walks, pond, glasshouse and tennis courts. You are also in a good position to visit Pollok Country Park (voted Europe’s Best Park) for the world famous Burrell Collection/Pollok House. For some local history you can follow the Langside Heritage Trail. Next to Langside is Shawlands with its Shops/Restaurants/Pubs ‘n’ Clubs for the best nightlife outside the City Centre. Hampden Park National Stadium is about 10mins walk for concerts, games and the famous Football Museum.
2 minutes walk to Langside Train Station for train to City Centre. Local buses also nearby.
