Little Pines, a spacious self-contained ground floor apartment, is an annexe of Pinewood House. It is pleasantly situated on Kinnoull Hill, Perth with wonderful views over the countryside. The accommodation offers a bright and spacious base from which to explore Scotland.

Little Pines Garden Apartment consists of a lounge/diner, kitchen with breakfast bar, entrance hall, bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with en-suite and one twin/triple bedroom. The master bedroom has patio doors that open into the garden. It is tastefully furbished with quality furnishing and a harmonious merging of modern and antique furniture, providing a high level of comfort and decor. It is an ideal place to relax and unwind.
