Getting there from the Information Centre
From Ballater Tourist Information Centre turn right onto A93 heading for Braemar. Go over the bridge. The entrance to the cottage is through driveway next to Larks Gallery and is clearly marked by small stone bolladrs painted white with the number 8 on them.
