A WARM WELCOME AWAITS you at Balkissock Lodge. Kick off your shoes and RELAX in beautiful surroundings having enjoyed your welcome tea or coffee and COMPLEMENTARY scones, biscuits or cupcakes in the lounge or conservatory.

VIEWS of Ailsa Craig, Isle of Arran, Mull of Kintyre and Northern Ireland from the immediate vicinity compliment the variety of fauna and flora that can be found in almost an acre of GARDENS and WOODLAND within the property.

ALL OUR FOOD IS LOCALLY SOURCED where ever possible. Enjoy sausages, bacon and haggis from our local Girvan butcher "We hae meat" for breakfast along with free range duck or hens eggs from local farms and HOME-MADE PRESERVES.

At 14 miles to the STENA & P&O FERRY ports at Cairnryan, Balkissock Lodge is an ideal stopover for guests requiring bed and breakfast (B&B) when catching ferries to and from NORTHERN IRELAND. It is also an ideal base for EXPLORING Ayrshire, the Mull of Galloway and the Galloway Forrest as well as for those who enjoy FISHING, SHOOTING, GOLFING or WALKING the Ayrshire Coastal Path. Glenapp Castle, for those attending weddings, is a ten minute drive away.

ALL ROOMS ARE EN-SUITE with TVs and FREESAT. Premium Rooms feature full-size bathrooms, seating areas and wi-fi. All rooms also contain a well-stocked hostess tray, electric blankets fresh milk, iron and hairdryer are available at no extra cost. Relax in the GUEST LOUNGE which has Freesat TV, library and board games or the CONSERVATORY.

There is AMPLE PRIVATE PARKING.
