Redburn Steading

Redburn Steading is a beautiful old stone building, in the grounds of Redburn House which has been converted recently to provide a luxury holiday home for the perfect Highland getaway.

It is modern, light and spacious and finished to a high standard. Situated ten minutes from Nairn and its wonderful beaches it is also ideally placed to enjoy many pursuits such as fishing, from the two trout lochs which are within walking distance and the River Findhorn being two minutes away.

Several major golf courses are close by, with many smaller ones about a half hour ‘s drive and there are endless possibilities for walking and cycling from the doorstep along with the opportunity to observe the abundant wildlife all around.

The accommodation consists of a large through lounge/ diner with television, DVD player and HiFi.
The kitchen is spacious, modern and well equipped with a washer/drier, fridge/freezer etc.

There is one large double bedroom downstairs which has zip and link beds for flexibility and an en suite bathroom. This room has patio doors to the terrace. Upstairs there is a large twin room with an en suite shower room and the third bedroom is very large with a king sized bed and a double sofa bed. It also has an en suite shower room.
All the bedrooms have televisions and good views over the surrounding country side and garden.

The whole property is centrally heated with an electric stove in the lounge and the high level of insulation makes it very cosy even in the coldest months.

There is a large porch for easy storage of outdoor gear and a secure shed for bikes, fishing rods etc.
There are two patio areas with a barbecue and outdoor seating and ample parking for at least three cars.
All linen and towels are provided and heating is included in the rental. There will be a welcome pack on arrival.
