The Commercial Hotel - Getting There

Getting there from the Information Centre

From TIC Ballater take the A93 to Aberdeen and look for the sign to Tarland on your left. Follow the signs to the village and on reaching the square turn left. The hotel is situated by the monument on your right.

Getting There by Car

From Aberdeen follow the A93 west to Ballater & Braemar. On passing through Aboyne look for the Commercial Hotel sign on the right. Follow the signed directions into Tarland, The hotel is located on the right in the square

Nearest airport is Aberdeen. Follow A944 to Alford then the B9119 to Tarland.
