This cosy, tastefully decorated and well equipped cottage sits on the eastern edge of the Ochil Hills, high above, but only half a mile from the Royal Burgh of Newburgh. There are stunning, uninterrupted views across the River Tay to the Carse of Gowrie and the Grampians. It is ideally located for touring the East Neuk of Fife, including the attractive fishing villages of Crail, Anstruther and Pittenweem. On top of this the golfing paradise of St Andrews is only 20 miles away.
There is a good selection of golf courses within a 25 mile radius, and three trout fishing lochs within 3 miles.
Perth, just 11 miles away, has many attractions including fine restaurants. Perth is also home to a large concert hall plus several historical sites of interest such as Scone Palace and is also the location of Perth Racecourse which hosts jump meetings throughout the summer.
Edinburgh, with its magnificent castle, museums, art galleries and renowned Festivals is only 45 minutes by road. The ancient Palace of Falkland, set in a most attractive village is just 9 miles away and historic Glamis Castle is a 30 mile journey.
The superb beach at Tentsmuir Sands adjoining a forest with nature trails is only a 30 minute drive.

Bed linen and towels provided. Enclosed garden with ‘sun trap’ patio at rear. Garden furniture. No Smoking and no pets please. Guide dogs welcome. Parking for 2 cars.
Note - The property is accessed by some steep steps and is therefore not suitable for those with limited mobility.
