The Martin’s Guest House is conveniently situated for the city centre and only a 20 minute walk to major attractions such as: Edinburgh Castle, The Royal Mile, Princes Street Shops and Gardens, all of Edinburgh’s Universities, and it is on a direct bus route from Edinburgh Airport.
There are also frequent bus services.
Martin’s is a traditional Victorian end terraced house providing free private car parking for guests and is a friendly family run house pleasantly decorated and retaining many of its original features.
A very warm Scottish welcome awaits you. Our aim - to make sure you relax in the
friendly, relaxed atmosphere we've created in our lovely Victorian Villa.
And with so many of our guests returning year after year, we're confident we won't disappoint you.
Martins guesthouse has recently undergone a £100,000 make-over and benefits from recently decorated rooms and newly fitted fitted bathrooms all of which will help make your stay with us more comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast at Martins is served every morning in our sunny dining room, guests can choose from a number of items from our breakfast menu. All rooms benefit from hospitality trays and a complimentary whisky; fresh fluffy towels are replaced regularly. We also benefit from a excellent local bus service which runs every ten minutes into the city centre from right outside our front door, this trip takes no longer than 10 minutes.
