Apartment 401 is a one bedroom luxury apartment which sleeps two.
Apartment 405 is a two bedroom luxury apartment which comfortably sleeps four.

These apartments are ideally suited to both business or leisure travellers. Centrally located, they boast a secure underground garage and are perfect for short or long-term stays.

In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you will find a wide variety of shops and an excellent choice of restaurants, cafés and bars; or you can take a leisurely walk along the River Ness to visit Eden Court Theatre or the Sports Centre. The apartments are a wonderful place for enjoying city life or an ideal base for touring the Scottish Highlands.

Apartment 401 sleeps two
This one bedroom apartment has open plan kitchen, diner and sitting area, plenty of light and space, and a balcony with views to the city and the Ben Wyvis mountain.

The en suite has shower and bath and there is an additional WC in a separate room.
There is also a utility room with washing machine/dryer and iron.

Neither traffic noise nor the bustle of the city’s nightlife will disturb you and the luxuriously comfortable king size double bed guarantees a relaxing sleep. The fashionable leather sofa in the sitting area invites you to relax, watch TV, DVDs or listen to music while your partner prepares a delicious dinner in the stylish kitchen.

This city centre flat with secure car parking and internet access is also ideal for the busy professional who, while working in Inverness, can still enjoy the holiday atmosphere of the apartment.

Apartment 405 sleeps four
This two bedroom apartment has a stylish open plan living area with kitchen, diner, lounge and a French door leading out onto the balcony. Furnishings and fittings are to a very high standard to ensure you have a pleasant and comfortable stay. The double bedroom boasts an en suite shower room, while the equally large second bedroom (with twin beds that can be converted into a super king size bed) is provided with a separate bathroom. Equipment in the lounge includes a flat panel TV, DVD player and Hi-fi and wireless internet access.
The electric kitchen is fully fitted with all modern appliances, including hob with extractor fan, double oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, whilst the washing machine/dryer and iron are situated in the separate utility room.

The main entrance to the apartment building is on Bridge Street, across from the Tourist Office. There is a video entry system, and a lift takes you up to the top floor where both apartments are located. As the apartments are set back from the main street, you will be undisturbed by traffic noise or the city’s night life. Stepping out onto the balcony you will enjoy the tranquility and the view over the city, river and hills in the distance.

Staying in the city centre, below Inverness Castle, allows you to enjoy the many attractions on offer in the capital of the Highlands. The colourful display of flowers in streets and public places adds to the charm of the city. A short stroll upstream from the apartment will take you to the Ness Islands, a well-known beauty spot much loved by tourists and Invernessians alike. You will marvel at the elegant Victorian suspension footbridges and admire the tall native and exotic trees growing on the islands.

Inverness is also a superb base from which to explore the hills and glens of the Highlands. The world famous Loch Ness with its legendary monster lurking in its deep and dark waters is only a short distance away. Whisky distilleries, ancient castles, the Cairngorm National Park are less than an hour’s drive by car. There is so much to do and see: deer, dolphins, seals, red kites and ospreys – cliffs and sandy beaches, lochs, islands, rivers and waterfalls, whatever it is you are looking for, you will find plenty of it around Inverness!
