Chicken and Lemon Terrine with Citrus Mayonnaise Dressed Salad and Toasted French Bread
"The chicken terrine slice was served on a square white plate and was placed on top of some dressed salad leaves and topped with a criss cross of mayonnaise. A slice of toasted french bread was placed to the side."
Grilled Sea Bass with a hot Chickpea, Red Onion, Green Pepper, Corriander and Chilli salsa and a Sweet and Sour Sauce
"The Sea Bass was fresh and of good quality. A good symphony of ingredients and flavour were noted."
