"The goats cheese dominated the flavours with subtle undertones of the mint. The sauce was light, flavoursome and of good consistency. Thoroughly enjoyable."

"The chicken was of very good quality. Succulent and flavoursome. The sauce which was full bodied, glossy and of fine consistency complemented and enhanced the dish. Splendid flavours that balanced extremely well together."
