"The terrine was of good firm, moist texture, with a solid meaty bite. A good example of a well-made, rustic terrine of robust flavours and texture."
Pesto-Crusted Halibut Supreme with Smoked Haddock and Chervil Risotto
"A first class piece of fresh, moist, tasty halibut. The risotto was creamy, with the rice retaining a good bite. A very good balance of flavours, with none of the subsidiary items masking the halibut.
