Parmesan and Herb Risotto with Scallops
"Excellent appearance, perfectly moulded risotto with golden-coloured scallops arranged neatly on top, finished artistically with parmesan biscuit. Dish oozed palate appeal."

Warm Assorted Seafood Salad
"The mussels were plump and a nice deep pink colour, the monkfish was firm and succulent with a white opaque flesh, the tuna was cooked pink as should be, and the halibut was moist with a mild sweet flavour and slight golden colour. The majority of the flavour came from the fish itself, although the aged balsamic complemented the fish well without overpowering the natural flavours. Extremely well-cooked combination, and arranged artistically on the plate."

Date and Walnut Pudding with Butterscotch Sauce
"The butterscotch sauce was sweet without being sickly, presented as a glossy toffee colour and of good consistency. An excellent aroma emanated from the plate. Both the pudding and the sauce had their own distinct flavours but complemented each other well to bring the dish together. Very well prepared and flawlessly cooked pudding and sauce."

The lounges enable you to wind down and relax before and after dinner, while the highly trained staff ensure your meal is served with a balance between formality and friendliness. Lunch is less formal, but provides the same quality food, views and impeccable level of service.
