The hotel is perhaps the epitome of Scottish Baronial splendour and stands in a prominent position overlooking its wooded parkland grounds and the town of Pitlochry. The Verandah restaurant has a gothic style vaulted ceiling and picture windows which create a unique sense of space. The restaurant is famed for its stunning views over the Tummel valley. We use the best of local Perthshire produce to create a choice of menus full of fish and game specialities from Scotland's larder.
