The Garden Restaurant, Dornoch Castle Hotel
Dornoch Castle is a 15th Century ecclesiastical Keep and Tower, which is situated in the middle of the pretty village of Dornoch and overlooks the famous Dornoch Cathedral where Madonna and Guy Ritchie had their son Rocco christened.
Our head chef is Young Scottish Chef of the Year and is justifiably proud of his dishes, which feature local, fresh produce. He is overseeing a new herb garden at the hotel.
The castle is five minutes walk from the world famous Royal Dornoch Golf course and the long, white beach and is in the meddle of a paradise of wildlife and vast views.
There is high quality shopping in Dornoch for those who want to wander the little vennels of this village.
The Castle is an excellent base for exploring the north and west.
