Our innovative menu offers Aberdeen Angus beef, Orkney Lamb and daily harvested seafood.
Overlooking our private gardens, guests may dine on house specialities such as Lobster Thermidor and hand-dived king scallops in the summer and traditional local winter favourites such as clootie dumpling and clapshot fritters.
