Robert Hall was a 19th century inhabitant of Glasgow's Merchant City whose passion for delicious food lives on at the restaurant that bares his name. The style is intimate and candlelit, offering a la carte dining in a cosy cellar atmosphere, using fresh (often organic) local ingredients. The décor is a successful fusion of a traditional Victorian exterior and a newly refurbished, contemporary interior: an old institution with new inspiration.
