Twice Baked Shetland Crab Souffle with Scallops & Cauliflower Puree
The scallops and crab were of good, fresh quality. The tomato based sauce was full bodied, smooth and of good consistency and colour. The cauliflower puree was creamy, smooth and flavoursome."
Baileys Bread & Butter Pudding with Caramel Ice Cream
"The texture and consistency of the pudding was light and of good colour. The ice cream was flavoursome and harmonised well with the pudding and the Baileys cream."
