Cafe Boheme

EatScotlands independent assessor said
"This restaurant offers good traditional Frensh cuisine using the finest quality ingredients, at affordable prices. An ideal stop to refuel during the daytime, as well as being a terrific venue for all evening occasions. The restaurant itself has the look and feel of a Parisien cafe."
Rabbit Terrine
"Attractive presentation and of a good portion. A timbale of rabbit terrine rested on top of salad leaves with three quenelles of tomato and olive tapanade, alongside slices of walnut bread. The combination of the terrine, tapanade and bread worked extremely well together."
Venison & Gin Stew with Celeriac Gratin
"Attractively presented. The celeriac gratin was golden in colour and was surrounded by the venison stew. The venison was tender, tasted fresh, and was flavoursome without being too strong. The gratin was cooked well, was well seasoned and was creamy, without being too heavy."
Creme Brulée
"The texture of this dessert was smooth on the palate and had a perfect consistency. The raspberry coulis accompaniment was very flavousome and had great colour. This simple dessert was well executed and cooked to perfection a pleasure to eat."
Tucked away down a lane in Aberdeen city centre, Le Café Boheme is a small intimate restaurant, with an authentic French décor: buzzing at lunch, candlelit and warm at night, with jazz in the background. A small and selective menu, serving the very best of modern and traditional French cuisine with a twist of individuality and passion. Le Patron Dominique Mancellon welcomes his new and long-standing customers. Our passion for food and our true appreciation of beauty have travelled with us to Café Boheme.
