Rich terracotta tones, rustic browns and olive greens coat the room and enhance its dramatic Tuscan atmosphere. The intimate dining experience, the sensuous menu, and an untraditional and exciting variety of wines are all combined and delivered with the greatest level of integrity. The restaurant is open to both residents of the hotel and non-residents.
