We cater for the upper end of the tourist market, including American and European visitors. Guests are introduced to one another over drinks and eat together formally in the dining room at one table.
Our decor is traditional and classical, including a range of antiques, and the atmosphere is quiet and intimate. Dinner is a real highlight with gastronomic delights created from home-grown produce and locally reared meat, freshly caught seafood, including lobster, crabs, prawns and scallops provided by local fishermen. There is also a superb collection of Scottish cheese.
