“The ribeye steak was innovatively presented with whole roasted shallots on top and a neat chip tower to the side, with the roasted tomato placed on the mushroom. The steak was of very good flavour and was succulent and tender, confirming the quality.”
Sticky Toffee Pudding with Butterscotch Sauce and Vanilla Ice Cream
“The pudding texture was very good, moist and light. The butterscotch sauce was glossy with a fine consistency, and was not overly sweet. The ice cream was smooth, creamy and flavoursome.”
